Strategic PR Leader. Builder.
Xina Eiland is a strategic communications leader and the architect of Cultural Cohesion, a proprietary framework that helps corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits turn generational and cultural complexity into competitive advantage. For more than two decades, she has built earned media strategies, shaped public narratives, and secured coverage that moves institutions and the audiences who matter to them.
Her Cultural Cohesion framework rests on a single premise: in an era when five generations coexist in every organization and every market, the brands that win are not the ones with the best story. They are the ones with the most precise story, engineered to land across generational lines without losing authenticity or authority.
Through Generational Intelligence™, her proprietary assessment and training methodology, Xina gives leadership teams the language, tools, and frameworks to communicate with precision and mutual fluency across every generation in the room.
Her portfolio spans federal health campaigns, Fortune 500 brand storytelling, and national advocacy initiatives. She has led earned media strategy for Walgreens Boots Alliance across vaccine access and supplier visibility programs. She has managed national campaigns for Ford Motor Company Fund, supporting entrepreneurship and economic mobility since 2005. She has executed communications for Procter & Gamble, Ogilvy, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including a seven-year public health initiative alongside filmmaker and advocate Tonya Lewis Lee. Each engagement applies Cultural Cohesion principles — ensuring every campaign resonates not just with the right outlets, but with every generation in the audience those outlets reach.
Through partnerships with H+K Strategies and Ogilvy, Xina has operated at the intersection of global agency infrastructure and boutique precision, giving clients of every size access to top-tier media relationships and culturally fluent strategy.
Through UNMUTE and the Generational Intelligence™ Workshop series — offered as a half-day Catalyst, full-day Deep Dive, and two-day Executive Immersion — Xina has trained leaders across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors to replace generational friction with fluency. Teams leave with shared vocabulary, communication frameworks, and a measurable shift in how they lead across every generation in the building.
Xina holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from the University of Michigan. She is based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and advises clients nationally.
